The Makita DUC256 36V (Twin 18V) LXT 250mm Brushless Chainsaw - Bodyfrom ITS is an incredibly powerful, high speed chainsaw that is ideal for pruning and carving.
Perfectly suited for experienced users, this is the perfect solution for breaking down trees, sawing larger branches and general tree maintenance. The chainsaw includes a very narrow tip that allows for precision work.
Thanks to the brushless motor, this automatic chain lubricating chainsaw delivers an impressive chain speed of 20 m/s with a low vibration threshold of 3.6 m/s². Powered by two 18V LXT batteries working in series, the DUC562 Chainsaw includes a torque boost mode that increases the power for a short burst to tackle tough branches.
With variable speed control, the Makita DUC256 Chainsaw also includes an electric brake as well as soft start to prevent the jumping effect of trying to reach full power.
At the heart of this machine is the brushless motor that allows you to use the tool efficiently. As part of the design, the tool utilizes every bit of battery power when you need, all while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance by reducing the amount of heat generated and working more efficiently.
