Have owned this saw for 2 years. the box is a tight fit and damages the flex over a time. The base is difficult to keep flat mine seems to have warped and the rise and fall slide is not great mine has now twisted on its base so crabs and is unusable with a straight edge! I have had a ryobi for 14 years and it peformed brilliantly
Great little circular saw, I've put the thing through an absolute tonne of abuse and the motor keeps on going.
2nd 1 ive had as the other was stolen used many other circular saws but i feel this is the best to use never had a problem with the other 1 had for a couple of years .Had other well known saws and had problems with them.
Bought this last week after using a friends its a good solid small saw that offers good value for money.
