The jig adapts easily to doors between 34mm and 58mm thick, and those thumb-turn clamps mean setup is quick and frustration-free - no more messing with tools just to get things in place. It comes with 17 templates to cover all the common lock sizes, and the centring insert makes sure you're always spot on when lining up.

Plus, the guide bush collar and height spacers speed things up even more by cutting down on extra measuring and fiddling. If you’re using a ½” router with an 80mm plunge and a 12mm cutter, you’re good to go.
