The Makita BS001GZ01 40V XGT Brushless 3'' Belt Sander from ITS is a versatile sander that can work close to wall edges thanks to the clever handle design.
The support handle can be set to a position that suits your needs. It will even allow you to turn the sander upside down so that it can set in a stationary position for sanding smaller objects.
Delivering a performance level that is equivalent to a corded model, this perfectly balanced sander offers variable speed control, direct dust extraction and has an adjustable, built in work light so that you can see into the darker corners when sanding.
The sander incorporates Makita’s Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS) which lets you connect to and operate, a compatible dust extractor with Bluetooth; automatically turning on the extractor at the same time as the tool. The Dust bag is equipped with a locking function that prevents unnecessary loosening of the dust bag during vertical use
At the heart of this sander is the brushless motor that allows you to use the tool efficiently. As part of the design, the tool utilizes every bit of battery power when you need, all while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance.
The technology in creating a brushless motor system allows for perfect symmetry between battery power and usage ensuring you get all the power you need, when you need it.
