The Hikoki VB3616DA 36V MULTI VOLT Brushless Rebar Bender/Cutter from ITS is an absolute beast of a machine.

The easy to use bender/cutter offers a range of pre-set angles as well as offering a variable speed switch trigger to let you manual adjust the rebar angle based on your visual estimation.  You can also reverse the bending roller by pulling the trigger, which makes it easy to remove bent rebars or check bending angles. For cutting, the VB3616DA takes only 2.6secs to cut through  16mm steel rebar for fast work progress.
