The Hikoki AL18DA 18V Grease Gun from ITS brings together power, precision and flexibility for maintenance professionals who demand reliable lubrication on the go.

Fuelled by an 18-volt system (compatible with HiKOKI’s MULTI-VOLT / 18V battery line), this tool offers high discharge pressure of up to 69 MPa (≈ 690 bar) in its high-pressure mode and a generous flow rate of up to 297 ml per minute when switched to high-volume mode, enabling both stubborn grease jobs and quick fill tasks to be handled with ease.

You can also engage a lower pressure / lower flow setting (≈ 41 MPa / 115 ml/min) when more control is needed.

Setting the flow precisely is straightforward thanks to the dial that offers 10 pre-set discharge (flow) settings, letting you deliver just the right amount of grease for different lubrication points without over or under-greasing.

The tool supports three methods of filling, giving you versatility: grease cartridge, bulk container, or direct filling. This means you’re not bound to one refill format and can adapt depending on what grease you have on hand.

The hose is flexible and long (1,200 mm), allowing you to reach tight, awkward, or confined spots without having to shift the machine or tool too much, while an LED on the hose end (in addition to the main housing LED) ensures visibility even in dimly lit or hard-to-access areas.

A lock-on trigger allows continuous operation, making repetitive tasks less tiring. Despite its robustness, the AL18DA is relatively light (around 4.3 kg without battery) and includes a shoulder strap and clam coupling, increasing comfort and making it easier to transport and handle over long shifts.
