The Festool CXS 18 18V Brushless Drill Driver from ITS is one of the most versatile and adaptable tools that you could have in your kit.
The ergonomic C shape facilitates precise working through the grip position in the drilling and screwdriving axis.
As well as the power and performance you’d expect with Festool power tools, this model is unique with the addition of both FastFix interface as well as the CENTROTEC System. The CENTROTEC tool chuck enables the use of drilling and screwdriving accessories with a CENTROTEC interface. Use is very intuitive – simply put it on the FastFix support of the drill, insert the appropriate accessories and get started immediately.
The CXS 18 can be easily reconfigured to suit right-hand or left-hand users. Using the Festool Work App, you can adjust the drill to suit your needs along with controlling the brightness of the LED and afterglow (Requires Bluetooth Battery).
With the integrated LED light, you can work precisely even in dark corners – continuous lighting, afterglow or LED off can be controlled via the adjusting wheel. The chuck with a standard width of up to 10 mm – for all tools with a cylindrical shaft. Tool-free mounting via the FastFix interface.
At the heart of this saw is the EC-TEC brushless motor that allows you to use the tool efficiently. As part of the design, the tool utilizes every bit of battery power when you need, all while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance by reducing the amount of heat generated and working more efficiently.
The technology in creating a brushless motor system allows for perfect symmetry between battery power and usage ensuring you get all the power you need, when you need it.
