Works great. Having only refed once so far. Possibly human error. No leads etc.
There is an edging attachment wheel The orientation for that may be right when skimming an overgrown lawn surface. But more often you want things at 90 degrees to that. Due to the curvature that is not possible. It's quite heavy hence using the wheel to ease the use. I had an overgrown lawn - about 90m2 - took about 5 charges to clear that initially and it felt the batteries were underpowered. I do have a number of Worx products so I have a couple of 5Ah Pro batteries I could use if required as well -but that would add more weight - I've used those on a scarifier/aerator only so far though - now I have tamed the back lawn. It's early days for me using it so far, but I also found the orientation of the top part off by 90 degrees too - making it a bit awkward to press the buttons - but that may just be me not having read something in the instructions - the diagrams aren't exactly easy to follow - wish they had a QR code to videos of assembly/operation of product. Finally the charger/battery compatibility chart was out of date. Those 5Ah batteries aren't listed in the charger unit in this product instructions or the Worx UK website. But the ITS website - and Worx US website clarify it works. I emailed worx customer support in the uk and never heard back. I was really happy with the swift turn around by ITS and would be happy to use them again.
