Most vacuums tend to be ‘pull-based’ meaning that you are either dragging it behind you or it has been push/pulled across a flat surface. The issues of those that it usually requires a flat head to create a suction seal.
All of those issues are removed with the VC009 Backpack Vacuum. With truly complete freedom of movement, and impressive power, thanks to the utilisation of the 40V MAX XGT batteries, this vacuum is incredibly durable as well as flexible.
With three different power modes, and low noise level, this is ideal for places where excessive sound becomes a hinderance such as schools, hospitals and offices. The Vacuum uses a HEPA filter which captures 99.97% of particulates .3 microns and larger.
If you are working in the same area, or find yourself repeating the same job, then you could use the memory function so that you know the results you’re going to get. The Vacuum can also connect to Makita’s AWS which will automatically start an external dust extractor so that your collection capacity is increased.
As well as being comfortable thanks to the three way harness, the vacuum also includes an Anti-close mechanism for paper dust bag installation – this is when the filter bag/dust bag is not installed in the cleaner, the front cover does not close completely.
