very skeptical about cheap tools..ive a heart prob and pulling something to get it going doesn't appeal..need not have worried...started first time..such power..very impressed.im a professional horticulturist rec this machine highly,, and the firms communication and delivery perfect..will order another

This thing is terrifying!!!. Ferocious power. I found it tricky to start, although it did eventually, think its pot luck if you get one that starts straight away or not. Really noisey, the new neighbours came out to see what the hell was going on haha. Biggest frustration was its really uncomfortable. It comes with basic shoulder straps, I'm about 5ft 9" it felt cumbersome and off balance to me which made it hard work, im sure with more use you could get it more comfy but this is only coming out once or twice a year. I guess you get what you pay for, it certainly does the job though.
