The Mountfield SP53 Self Propelled Petrol Lawn Mower is ideal for medium-sized gardens (50x50m). With a 51cm cutting width and powerful STIGA ST170 autochoke engine, this is a reliable, easy to use and hardworking mower.
The steel chassis, wide cut, and powerful engine will make easy work on any grass length, especially with the 6 level, centralized lever to adjust the cut height of the central blade. Simply choose from 22mm to 80mm grass height.
All the cuttings are propelled into a 60litre canvas bag. However, to help add nutrients to the lawn, change the bag over to the mulching plug, and the finely cut clippings will be evenly distributed as you mow.
A convenient skid plate is fitted to the front of the cutter disc to ensure the best finish and reduces the risk of scalping on uneven surfaces.
