Trend Scribe Master Pro Scribing Jig:
This innovative, patented scribing jig can cut precise scribes in just 15 seconds using a plunge router with a 30mm guide bush fitted!
This incredible machine lets professionals copy any dado or skirting board profile and lets them scribe to exactly that profile and use it as a workpiece. Profiles can be chopped and changed at any time.
It rugged stainless steal frame ensures no movement so you can be assured that any cuts you make will be as accurate as the profile you created.
Features:
Fully variable, cuts left and right hand scribes.
Up to 195mm tall boards and maximum 32mm thickness.
Minimum length of compnent is 300mm.
Scribes profiles into kitchen plinths.
Scribes warped boards quickley and accurately.
Made from high pressure laminate for durability and stability.
Can Scribe skirting,differing skirting and dado rails.
How it works:
1. Steel combs are pushed into the sample mould.
2. Comb assembly is then turned over to give a scribe.
3. Copy pin then follows the scribe contour allowing the router cutter to cut the scribe.
The MS/PRO can be mounted onto a chop saw stand using the TRESM/MKP.
Requires a 1/4" or 1/2" professional router
