The Metabo SB18 LTX BL3 is an 18v Brushless Combi Drill that is supplied with 3 x 5.2Ah Li-ion Batteries, Case and Charger. It also features a 'Quick' chuck for rapid bit change.
The Brushless SB18 LTX BL3 builds on the success of the very popular SB18 LTX hammer drill driver (combi drill) that can be used from drilling into wood, metal and masonry alike. However this model features a brushless motor which gives it optimised performance and runtime.
The lack of any carbon brushes means that ALL of the power generated by the battery is put into the job the user is doing and not wasted on generating heat and friction. Capacities and runtimes are increased and both the tool and battery are better protected.
This model also features Metabo's Impluse Mode for removal of damaged screws and for spot-drilling on smooth surfaces and a precision stop motor for precise, delicate working.
High-performance impact mechanism for optimum drilling performance. There also an Integrated working light to illuminate the work site and handy belt hook, can be fixed either on the right or left side
