ITS did just as promised and dispatched my paint quickly and at a fair price. Unfortunately the couriers lost my delivery in their hub. Once I informed ITS they quickly dealt with the courier and immediately dispatched a replacement delivery to me. Often the best time to see how good a Company is, is when something goes wrong. ITS a d their very professional customer service man absolutely nailed it!
