The POWERSTATE brushless motor means up to 3x longer motor life, up to 2x more cuts per charge and up to 25% more power, no load speed and 5000 rpm.
The Milwaukee CCS550 Circular Saw also features a dust blower to keep the cut line clear, LED light to illuminate the cut line, cut and depth scales with wear resistant design for longer life and magnesium shoe, upper and lower guards.
The CCS5500 uses Li-ion batteries, superior to their NiMH counterparts.
No memory effect allows them to be charged whenever you like, lightweight at up to 40% of a similar sized NiCD or NiMH battery. Plus, they do not bleed their charge when unused.
