The warranty period is one year minimum for products, and one year for batteries and chargers. This warranty applies only on new products.
Most Milwaukee products can be registered for a 3-year warranty. The products EXCLUDED from the 3-year warranty are: M28 Rechargeable battery packs, battery chargers, and accessories.
