The Skeletool CX has only the most necessary of multi-tool features, because sometimes that's all you need, featuring a 66mm stainless steel blade, needlenose pliers, regular pliers, hard-wire cutters, wire cutters, carabiner/bottle opener, large bit driver, you're set.
Lightweight, low volume, perfect size, who says more is better?
Manufactured from a high carbon, high alloy & corrosion resistant stainless steel that holds its edge three times as long as 420 stainless steel. Used on some premium Leatherman tool features, such as knife blades and wire cutters.
Carbon-fibre's strength to weight ratio is very high, ideal for maintaining strength while shedding weight. The properties of carbon fibres, such as high stiffness, high tensile strength, low weight, high chemical resistance, high temperature tolerance and low thermal expansion, make this material very popular in high-end equipment.
DLC (Diamond Like Coating) is a carbon-based coating that displays some of the unique properties of natural diamond, applied for scratch & corrosion resistance.
