The jig ensures fast, clean and accurate results on doors 34mm to 58mm thick, even in hardwood. The Trend Lock Jig features CNC precision manufactured paltes & body for maximum accuracy and prolonged life.
The Trend Lock Jig requires a plunge router fitted with a 30mm guide bush plus a 12mm long reach cutter (TRE1/2TR37).
Compatibility: Must be used with a 30mm guide bush and a 12mm diameter cutter. For deep mortises a heavy duty router should be used.
