The Metabo KGS 305 M 305mm Electric Mitre Saw from ITS is compact, versatile and impressively powerful.
A powerful 2000W motor provides 2700rpm no load speed while the 305mm diameter blade allows a maximum cutting depth of 105mm at 90°, 67mm at 45°, with a maximum cutting width of 305mm at 90°, 205mm at 45°.
Ideal for sawing wood, coated panels and plastics, the robust die-cast aluminium design ensures the highest demands while the sliding high rear fence profiles offers safe sawing.
Capable of a maximum cross-section of the workpiece - Straight cut 90°/90° 305 x 150mm - Double mitre 45°/45° 205 x 67mm. The turntable can be set left/right 47°/47°, and the Saw blade tilt left/right 45°/0°.
Additional features including sliding function for wide work pieces; Non-slip rubber surface on handle and upper carry handle; Lateral handles and turntable with precise angle adjustment.
A Laser guide allows for precise display of the cutting line and a freely adjustable table extension on both sides with a practical support surface along with integrated crosscut fence.

I’ve recently had the makita mitre saw 300 mm use it to build sleeper planters I’ve changed now to the Metabo it’s lightweight compared to the makita first impressions the Metabo is well built it cuts through the sleepers with ease the saw can mitre them as well I struggled with the previous saw I’m impressed wit it I would definitely recommend it to anyone
Bought to help us lay a new deck, so far only used it to lay the base with 100mm posts but it cuts through them like a hot knife through butter. Great bit of kit.
