The Makita DBN500 uses compressed air and provides less reaction force and "air nailer like" shot feeling to the operator.
With a slim nose that allows for greater visibility and just 28mm edge distance between the tool end and the nail exit point this nailer is ideal close to the edge nailing and tight areas.
A rubberised grip allows firm control and side bumpers prevent damage.
The magazine has a capacity of 110 pcs and the unit is compatible with 18g pins from 15 - 50mm and up to 1,000 pins can be fired from a single 3Ah battery charge.
A rocker switch selects either sequential mode or bump mode, sequential mode is for single pin firing and bump mode allows rapid nailing by holding down the trigger and bumping the contact arm against the workpiece.
Other features include an LED job light that illuminates the workpiece, a "low battery" warning light and a anti dry-fire mechanism that prevents the tool being operated with an empty magazine.
