I'm used to traditional ways of hanging doors so thought it's time to join modern times purchase this hinge jig. First thoughts, solid feel, good quality. Takes a little while to set up, but when you done that it does save you a lot of time. 2 little negatives: the two piece seems to kink in the middle so before routing you have to check with a level or straight edge to make sure the middle hinge is the same width as the end hinges. If you can fit it in your van I would suggest getting 1 piece one. Another issue that trend should look at is the thickness of the sliding guide rings/ washers as these are 8-9mm thick and don't fit between the architrave and door frame. I've always left a 6mm gap, so I had to grind these down so they don't hit the architraves. Little issues but still works great. Also bought the trend corner chisel, works good but could be bigger so it sits in the corners better. Would get one though. But yeh once you get set up you can't beat it, accuracy spot on, and defiantly saves you time... poor chisels won't see anymore doors haha
