I brought this grinder to cut through some fairly thick asphalt which it did easily. In general the tool is well built and easy to use, plenty of power without too much noise and I think it compares well with other brands on price and quality.
Good solid grinder with low vibration, so, easy to cut accurately. the box it's supplied in is pretty flimsy with poor catches, but it is large enough to store without having to adjust machine/remove disc etc. diamond blade lasted well unlike some budget discs. all in all, what you'd expect from makita gear and i'm sure it will be with me for years to come.
