Evolution Stainless Steel cutting saw blades are designed to deliver maximum performance using the highest grade carbide, hardened blade bodies & ultra high-grade brazing techniques, offering premium quality designed to increase performance.

180mm diameter blade, max 3900rpm, 20mm bore, 1.8mm kerf, 48 Tooth designed specifically to cut 302, 303 and 304 grades of Stainless Steel only. Material applications include: square tube, angle iron, stainless steel plate, diamond plate, pipe and tube.

When cutting metals, Evolution blades leave an instantly workable finish and produce virtually no heat, burrs or sparks. This allows the material cut to be handled quickly instead of having to wait for the metal to cool down, as required with abrasives.

Evolution blades cut faster than traditional abrasive blade methods. Abrasive blades wear down quickly, this reduces both cut quality and cut capacity depth.

This also increases the costly replacement of abrasives required to complete the job. Evolution blades maintain quality and capacity throughout, saving time and money.
