Great service from ITS. Ordered evening, delivery before lunchtime next day. Great item, very easy to complete assembly. Very robust, powerful and good nozzle adjustment. Much heavier than my previous nilfisk pressure washer but easy to move around on its wheels.
Buy this you won't be disappointed, I've had many karchers but none come close to this one
