The DMR106B is the latest Makita jobsite radio. It is upgraded version of the hugely popular DMR103 radio, and now boasts bluetooth capabilities.
Bluetooth Site Radio
The all new bluetooth feature on the Makita DMR106 is class 2** and allows users to effortlessly connect wirelessly to a mobile or any other bluetooth device within a range of 10m.
If you're worried about draining the charge on your device don't worry because this radio also has a USB imput which allows you to plug your phone/tablet in and keeps to charging.
FM & AM Tuning
This radio is NOT A DAB radio and therefore does not pick up on a digital signal, however it can connect to a wide range of frequencies from 522-1629 KHz on AM and 87.5 - 108Mhz FM.
Compatibility
The Makita DMR106 is compatible with all of Makita's Li-ion battery range from 1.5Ah to 5Ah. It is not compatible with Ni-CD or Ni-MH batteries. Please note it is not compatible with and will not accept 10.8v slide-on batteries.
PLEASE NOTE: The aerial supplied is stored within the cardboard packaging and easily missed - make sure you find it before disposing of the box.
