The recip saw has a variable speed control which is operated via the trigger and also includes an electric brake for your safety. The size of the saw also means that it can be operated with one hand, which the shoe can be pivoted to your required angle.
With a 22mm stroke length, the DJR189Z can cut up to 255mm in wood and 130mm in pipe. Thanks to the inclusion of a brushless motor, the saw delivers up to 3100strokes per minute.
A redesigned blade clamp makes it easier to remove the blade while a LED job light with pre-glow and after glow function means you can work in low light settings.
