The DHP480 18v Lithium-ion 2 Speed Cordless Hammer Drill Driver features powerful 370w motor producing a max 1500rpm no load speed providing a high 54Nm max torque, high 22500bpm impact rate, with 16 position adjustable torque control for uniform results and optimized precision, 2 speed/variable speed all metal gearbox including reverse for extra-high transmission durability, 13mm single sleeve keyless chuck, drilling up to 13mm into steel, 38mm into wood and 13mm in masonry making it ideal for use in a variety of materials.
Featuring a single LED job light with pre-glow for use in low visibility applications together with a variable speed trigger for greater control.
The 3 stage battery fuel gauge shows the power remaining in the battery, simply by pulling the trigger. 3 lights on - more than 50% of full battery capacity. 2 lights on - 20% to 50% of full battery capacity. 1 light on - less than 20% of full battery capacity.
XPT Extreme Protection Technology provides enhanced dust & drip-resistant performance, for use in outdoor applications or harsh environments, protection from dust & dripping water is enhanced compared with the existing model.
The compact 199mm overall length, well balanced, lightweight 1.6kg design makes it easy to handle without compromising on power, whilst the best possible ergonomic, soft rubber grip handle provides maximum user comfort reducing fatigue on prolonged use and providing greater tool control.
The ribbed rubber grip enables all finger tips to hold the handle securely against the strong rotational force of the counter torque even in single-handed operation. In order to provide maximum thrust to the drill bit, the top back of the handle is ergonomically contoured & widened to perfectly fir the U-shape formed between user's thumb & index finger.
The DHP480RMJ is supplied with 2 x 4.0Ah Lithium-ion batteries, 36 min charger & stackable systainer case.
