The Dewalt DSC389 54V XR FLEXVOLT Reciprocating Saw delivers the performance of a corded power tool but using battery power.
54V XR FLEXVOLT batteries are unique in that the power is taken from the internal power cells in series as opposed in parallel. This produces a much longer and consistent running time.
Blades can be changed quickly and easily without the need for any additional tools thanks to the lever action blade clamp. Ideal for working on tough jobs, this saw includes an intelligent variable speed trigger along with a lock off switch to provide you with consistent performance levels.
A pivoting show with open top allows you to main a clear line of sight of the cut line while operating the saw as well as maintaining strong stability levels. For your comfort, the handle has been designed ergonomically and includes a rubber overmold. A built in LED work light assists in seeing your cut line.
