A premium universal 3D Grid diamond blade for professional performance. Designed for life maximisation with cooling holes. Laser-welded construction with reinforced core. Can be used wet or dry.
The Quasar segments have a fully useable 12mm "M"-shaped segment. This unique segment design is engineered to improve acceleration into cuts during the initial stage, reduce friction and significantly improve cooling.
Cooling holes keep the blade cool during operation, helping prevent expansion of the blade blank and ensuring a smooth cutting action. This, in turn, reduces fatigue and potential damage to the power tool.
The 3D Diamond Grid advanced method of segment manufacturing allows each diamond grit to be placed in an even 3-dimensional pattern for unparalleled performance against traditional random distribution segments. This increases speed and the life span, giving you great value for money.
The Fixed Metal Boss reinforced centre uses a soft metal inner core to dampen vibration through the blade, lowering running noise and guaranteeing an unrivalled quality and ease of cut for the operator. A stable blade cuts cleaner and quicker, removing less material and extending blade life-time.
