AIRSHIELD PRO is a battery powered, fully protected respirator for use with woodworking applications, suitable for use when machining MDF. A built-in quiet fan keeps a constant flow of filtered air across the face providing excellent protection from inhalation of harmful dust with twin fine dust filters.

Combination face-seal and hood improves protection, protecting eyes and face against flying debris. Polycarbonate flip visor to BS EN 166 low energy impact. Optical class 1B3 for high speed particles; medium energy impact, liquid droplets and splashes.

Motor is positioned away from the sensitive area of the forehead to reduce noise and irritation. Brow Guard swings open and can be removed for easy access to filter, fan and battery.

Twin filter efficiency is 98% with a minimum laboratory protection factor of 50.

Single rechargeable NiMH battery provides up to 8 hours use

Approved to new standard BS EN 12941

Strategic Component Distribution ensures optimum centre of gravity is achieved for balance and comfort

Audible low battery warning

Allows for ear defenders to be attached (optional accessory)
