The Fein AFMM 18 QSL 50 Year Edition is a Cordless 18v Li-ion Multi Tool that comes supplied with 2 x 2.5Ah li-ion Batteries.

This tool is part of the Fein 'Starlock' machine range. This means that it is compatible with both older multi-cutter accessories, and new Starlock accessories which have been redesigned for greater rigidity, a smoother action, more precision and quieter working.

This model also includes 'QuickIN' which is Fein's latest way of fitting blades and accessories to the tool. It can be done in a matter of seconds. No need for Hex Keys or even screws. Simply press the tool against the accessory and watch it snap into place. To release just pull the top lever and the accessory will fall out - it couldn't be easier.

Fein have updated their cordless MultiMaster. This model the AFMM 18 QSL has the exact same power, speed and capacities as the corded 350 QSL which is the top of the range corded MultiMaster.  

When upgrading their Multimater, Fein put in a vibration control and a noise reduction motor making it far easier and more comfortable to use throughout the day. It also features the QuickIN accessory clamping system which enables very fast attachment of accessories without need for any tools.
