  • ITS Introduce the Makita BMR103B

  • The latest addition to the Makita jobsite radio range is the BMR103B. This Jobsite Radio builds upon the success of the BMR100 and BMR102 but now boasts an integrated iPhone/iPod dock connection. This allows you to hook up your iPod/iPhone straight to the radio, so your worksite can be jumping to the sound of your favourite tunes, even if they aren’t being played live on air

As well as this new feature, this jobsite radio maintains the rugged design made popular with its predecessor, making the BMR103B tough enough for the hardest working site and its stereo speakers ensure a fantastic sound quality. This radio is handy for any tradesman that is tooled up with Lithium-ion, NiCD or NiMH batteries because the BMR103B accepts any 7.2v – 18v Lithium-ion battery or 9.6v -24v NiCD or NiMH batteries.  Or if all your batteries are already in-use, have no fear, because the BMR103 can also be plugged into 240v mains. One note worth making is that the radio does not work as a charger, and it is not sold with its own batteries.

This new AM/FM jobsite radio has a backlight to allow you to view the dial in any low light situation, and also has an auxiliary input which allows you to hook up any other brand of CD/MP3 player directly into the radio giving you all sorts of options to enjoy your own choice of music whenever you want.So if you’re after a job site radio that has a tough body to prevent damage, great audio quality and the ability to plug in and play any device of your choice then this is the Makita jobsite radio for you.

Please note the Makira BMR103B is now out of stock and discontinued, for alternative products please click here.
