Last month we ran our annual ITS Survey to see what our customers thought about ITS, the brands we stock and life on site in general…

Needless to say, our awesome customers (that’s you by the way) certainly rose to the challenge and we had thousands of responses so firstly we’d like to say a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who got involved, it really is hugely appreciated.

We’re already using your feedback to review our product range, continue to improve our service and make ordering online, by phone or in store as easy as possible for our customers. Trust me, we want to make your lives as easy as possible, so rest assured that all the information you have provided will be put to good use.

If you completed the survey, as some of you will know, you were automatically entered into our ITS Survey 2015 Prize Draw were you would get the opportunity to win a Makita BRUSHLESS 2 Piece Kit worth a whopping £299.99. This kit includes the powerful DHP480 Hammer Drill Driver as well as the small but hardcore DTD129 Impact Driver, with the kit being completed by 2 x 4.0Ah Li-ion Batteries, Charger and Carry Case. It’s pretty much all you need to refresh your tool kit.

So then… who won this awesome prize?

So, out of the 4000+ entrants, we asked ITS Director Paul Hubbard to randomly pick a winner out the (rather large) hat… He picked…. (drum roll please)……

Mr Chris Baggaley!

Congratulations that man!
