    Lets start off with the positives. This saw is one of the lightest for its capacity and able to be carried by one person, unlike some of its rivals. It is extremely accurate and the XPS light system is very good indeed, helping especially when cutting mouldings. The saw slides and moves nicely and I've not had to adjust any of the angles as they seem to have been set up perfectly at the factory. The cut is clean with the blade provided but I can't report on the longevity of it since I haven't had the saw long. The only minor drawbacks compared to my previous Dewalt mitre saw are the dust extraction is not particularly effective, even when used with a good quality extractor. Its an extraction system that reduces dust by probably 60 or 70%. I had the DW777 which removed maybe 95% by comparison. The other minor issue is the kickback the motor/blade give when first started up since there is no soft start. These last 2 points are the only things stopping me giving it a full 5 stars.
